Evaluation is necessary to rebuild, reclaim your power, to tune in to the voice on the inside of you, and to learn to silence the outside voices in order to connect to your true inner self. This journal is a self-love tool – once you unconditionally love yourself, when true love comes from someone else, you will be able to identify it because it will reflect what you have already given to yourself.
